Resolve Property Disputes Amicably Through Mediation

Avoid Expensive Court Battles

At MediationDublin.ie, we understand that property disputes can create significant stress and strain on all parties involved. Our professional property dispute mediation services provide a constructive and collaborative approach to help resolve conflicts efficiently and amicably. Whether you are dealing with issues related to residential, commercial or inherited property, our experienced Mediator Rachael is here to guide you towards a fair and mutually acceptable resolution.

How Property Dispute Mediation Works

Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation to understand the nature of the property dispute and the concerns of all parties involved. This allows Rachael to assess the complexity of the situation and determine the most appropriate mediation approach.

Neutral Mediation: Rachael acts as neutral third parties, facilitating productive discussions between all stakeholders. A safe and respectful environment for open communication is created, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to express their views and concerns.

Identifying Interests: During the mediation sessions, Rachael will assist in identifying the underlying interests and needs of each party. This helps in uncovering the motivations behind the conflicting positions and enables Rachael to explore creative solutions that meet the interests of all parties involved.

Exploring Options: Through guided discussions, Rachael will help the parties explore various options and alternatives for resolving the property dispute. Brainstorming and creative problem-solving is encouraged to find mutually beneficial solutions that go beyond the limitations of legal remedies.

Negotiating Agreement: Once viable options are identified, Rachael will facilitate negotiations to help the parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Throughout this process, there is a focus on open communication, fostering understanding and finding common ground.

Drafting the Mediation Settlement agreement: Once an agreement is reached, Rachael will begin to draft a clear and comprehensive Mediation Settlement agreement that reflects the terms agreed by the parties. By virtue of the Mediation Act 2017 the Mediation Settlement agreement is a legally binding document(unless the parties instruct otherwise) that provides a framework for resolving the property dispute.
