Pricing
Fees are normally split equally between both/all sides and payable in advance of mediation sessions. Fees are divided between fees for the mediation sessions and a drafting fee for the Mediation Settlement. The cost of a mediation session is €180.00 per hour normally shared equally between the parties.

Mediation is not cheap but it is cheaper than Court proceedings at about 10% cost of an average Court litigated case.
